When the body receives potassium well, it feels like body fluids flow well and the feeling is comfortable and light.
Bloating is one sign of low potassium intake, in which case you should reduce the amount of salt in your food or increase your potassium intake, for example by increasing the amount of plants in your diet.
Potassium is essential for humans.
The boiling point of potassium is relatively high above 700 °C, so it is not necessarily destroyed by heating, but
the melting point is only 63.38 °C, so I can easily be imagined to dissolve in water, which is often poured out, for example, when cooking vegetables.
Potassium is a really important trace element.
It affects the proper functioning of the nervous system, muscles and heart and also lowers blood pressure.
Potassium and sodium form a kind of "pump" for the cell membrane, they transport nutrients inside the cells and remove waste products from the cells.
People often get too much sodium from food, but sometimes less potassium.
Several different contexts, cruciferous vegetables have been
mentioned in maintaining good health.
The most familiar cruciferous vegetables are various cabbages, i.e. white cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kohlrabi and turnips.
Cabbage also contains a lot of potassium, which helps prevent cardiovascular diseases as well.

I do as my grandpa said, and eat my potatoes unpeeled. I usually cook them without salt, often with carrots. I drink the unsalted cooking water, for the potassium. It is very good, better than sweet drinks. You can cool it down first. I try to cook the potatoes in advance, the day before consuming, for letting them debelop resistant starch. I love planning food and meals. Thank you for your great blog.
